Jungian Psychoanalyst in Zurich

I am a Jungian psychoanalyst in private practice in Zurich, working with individuals and couples.

My professional background brings together analytical psychology, political psychology, and academic work in international relations and security studies. Alongside experience developed in academic and diplomatic contexts, I spent more than a decade at the University of Zurich’s Department of Political Science, where my work deepened an ongoing
engagement with questions of human behaviour, identity, collective dynamics, and conflict resolution.

I have also worked in private banking and later as a Personal Development Analyst at IMD Business School in Lausanne, supporting participants in the MBA leadership programme in areas related to self-awareness, communication, and the psychological dimensions of leadership. These experiences offered insight into the emotional and relational dimensions of
professional life, leadership, achievement, and transition.

This interdisciplinary path informs my understanding of the individual not only as a psychological being, but also as someone shaped by cultural, social, and relational contexts.

My clinical work centres on questions of meaning, identity, and psychological transformation, and on the role of unconscious processes in shaping both personal experience and relationships.
I work with attention to depth, nuance, and the individuality of each person.

In accordance with Swiss regulations, my work is offered as psychological counselling and Jungian analysis within the framework of depth psychology and is distinct from medical psychotherapy.
