My Work

My work is grounded in Jungian analytical psychology, a form of depth psychology concerned with the unconscious processes that shape emotional life, behaviour, and overall
psychological functioning.
Rather than addressing symptoms in isolation, psychological difficulties are understood as meaningful expressions of inner conflict, imbalance, and often hidden motivations that
remain outside conscious awareness. These are explored within the context of personal history, relationships, and present life circumstances.
A central element of Jungian analysis is work with dreams, understood as spontaneous expressions of the unconscious. Dream analysis can offer insight into inner dynamics and
support processes of integration, psychological development, and long-term well-being.
This form of counselling unfolds over time as a reflective and collaborative dialogue, supporting greater self-awareness, inner coherence, and psychological resilience – key
foundations for enduring psychological health and inner stability.
Individual Psychological Counselling
I offer individual psychological counselling in Zurich for adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, panic attacks, depression, inner conflict, or periods of transition and uncertainty.
Psychological distress often arises when established coping strategies are no longer sufficient. It may manifest through emotional symptoms, relational difficulties, or a more diffuse sense of disorientation.
I provide a confidential, attentive, and reflective space in which these experiences can be explored in depth.
Couples Counselling
I offer couples counselling in Zurich for partners experiencing communication difficulties, emotional distance, or recurring conflict.
I also offer consultations for couples preparing for long-term commitment, marriage, or parenthood. These sessions support reflection on expectations, relational dynamics, and shared values.
Fertility and Reproductive Mental Health
A particular area of my work is psychological counselling in the context of fertility and reproductive experiences, including:
-Miscarriage
-Abortion
-Unsuccessful fertility treatment
-Involuntary childlessness
These experiences may involve grief, anxiety, depression, or a sense of existential disruption, sometimes emerging long after the event.
This work supports emotional processing, integration, and continuity within the field of reproductive mental health.
Psychological and Organisational Consulting
In addition to individual counselling, I offer psychological consulting for individuals, groups, and organisations.
This includes work on leadership, communication, interpersonal and group dynamics, cross-cultural collaboration, and conflict resolution.
